These terms govern your use of the BitStarz service and any BitStarz-related content on this review site. By registering or logging in you agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to hold a BitStarz account. BitStarz is not available in certain restricted territories; the current list is maintained on the operator site.
2. Account
Each player may hold one BitStarz account. Multi-accounting, sharing credentials, or providing false information at registration will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus winnings. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits are credited on network confirmation for crypto or on authorisation for card payments. BitStarz does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on supported cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible. Payouts are subject to KYC verification and may be paid in monthly instalments where the amount exceeds the maximum single payout defined in the operator T&Cs.
4. Bonuses
The BitStarz welcome package and other promotional offers are subject to their own terms, published in-account before opt-in. Key standard conditions include: 40× wagering on the bonus amount, $5 maximum bet while a bonus is active, and a $100 winnings cap on no-deposit free-spin offers. BitStarz reserves the right to void bonus winnings where terms are breached.
5. Games & fairness
All third-party BitStarz games are provided by licensed studios and use certified random-number generators. BitStarz Originals are provably fair — each round is verifiable against a published server-seed hash. In the event of malfunction all bets and payouts on the affected round are void.
6. User conduct
You must not use the BitStarz service to launder funds, defraud other players, exploit bugs, use bots or automated play, or attempt to reverse-engineer game software. Violations may result in account closure and reporting to authorities.
7. Liability
BitStarz is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor this review site accepts liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, subject always to non-excludable statutory rights.
8. Changes
BitStarz may amend these terms at any time. Material changes are notified to account holders in advance where practicable. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes may be raised via BitStarz customer support in the first instance, and thereafter with the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
